Originally founded around property maintenance, overtime, Coastal Caretaking grew into a full service team of property caretakers. Alongside changing light bulbs and filters, trust and relationships were built, providing us with the realization that a large part of caretaking extended beyond the work itself. With years of construction experience, we are able to provide a keen eye towards your homes health and security. But through care and accountability, we deliver home assistance that continues past a traditional service call. Whether you are a fulltime or seasonal resident, our goal is to provide value that exceeds one job or task. We focus on caretaking for your property, so that you can focus on enjoying it.
Meet Bryan
When I'm not visiting one of my clients summer homes or working through a construction project, I'm out surf casting for the big one. Born and raised in South County, every summer is an eye opener to how lucky I am to live where I do. Having worked on numerous homes in the area, it became apparent that many property owners were lacking a trustworthy property caretaker who could keep their home in top shape while here or away.
